Federal grand jury decided pg e is guilty. The Utility Company has to pay a fine of 3 million in connection to a deadly pipeline explosion that happened in san bruno. Reporter a federal jury convicted pg e on one felony count of obstruction of justice for interfering with the ntsb investigation into the san bruno pipeline explosion. The other five felony convictions were knowingly failing to inspect and test its gas pipeline for additional danger. It means that they misled the ntsb in terms of what they were doing with respect to pressurizing the pipelines and we think thats a big deal.
