We do have reaction from one member of Laylah Petersens family. The little girls aunt spoke to us about how difficult it was for the family and how relieved this part of the trial is over. Laylahs aunt on her fathers side, tells me she was not at the trial because she did not want to look at carl barrett and did not want to relive the day her niece was shot.
