Seventeen year old tanner wymer was canoeing with fifty one year old Michael Felton sunday afternoon. Authorities say strong winds caused their boat to flip over. Were told they were out canoeing to take pictures of a local home. The Sheriffs Office also says neither was wearing a life jacket. Police say they were called to a local inn and suites just off i20 in decatur around 2 00 this morning. They say a man locked himself in a room after fighting with a woman. Investigators believe the children may be in danger but we dont know if the man has any weapons.
