EN, the advice given to me by Martin Fullard, Mash Media’s editorial director, was to write about what I thought the exhibition industry wanted to know and for this precise moment in time, that is easy (that, and don t use exclamation marks!). I want to know what is in the heads of the ‘great and the good’ in our industry when it comes to lessons learned from 2020 and plans for 2021 to see if I can use that advice in my own business.
