After Orange County deputies say she was run down by this teenager. Investigators say 15yearold Jancarlos Ortiz sped off in a car as Sergeant Pearce tried to arrest him on burglary charges friday morning. Sergeant pearce was in the vehicle s direct path and landed on the hood, hanging on as ortiz allegedly stepped on the gas. Paul smalley she rolled herself off of that hood.
