It was announced yesterday that up to 10 Million People and members of their household will be able to request a test, and the Scottish Government has said it wants to put a similar system in place very soon. But a message on the website in england is already asking people to try again later. Under the new plan, all key workers should be able to register for a test online, if they or a Family Member have virus symptoms.
