Ill-Designed. Who are the people that designed it?” seethed Steve Rosenfeld, 70, from Worcester in a written comment to WBUR after he failed to get an appointment. SPENCER Selectmen said this week they want to try to use the Spencer Fairgrounds as a mass vaccination site and will reach out to neighboring communities to see if they ll join in.
