TALLAHASSE, Fla. Florida State, which holds an undefeated 6-0 record at home against Notre Dame, plays host to the Fighting Irish on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 8:30 at the Donald L. Tucker Center. The game will be televised on the ACC Network, and is the Seminoles’ final game of the fall semester. Florida State’s players and coaches will be off until beginning preparations for its next ACC game at Duke. The Seminoles are 1-1 in ACC play after traveling to play at Virginia (December 3) and gaining a victory in their ACC home opener against Louisville (73-55, December 10). The Seminoles have won two consecutive games against Virginia including their dramatic, come-from-behind buzzer-beating win over the Cavaliers, 64-63, at Virginia on February 26, 2022 on Virginia’s home court. He read it cover to cover and still uses many of the lessons he learned from that book as he approaches his sophomore season as a member of the Florida State Basketball Team. “The most important thing I learned from studying the book was that being a leader isn’t only about the people you’re leading; it’s about you and your own ability to be a leader. A leader is truly about your potential and how effective you are in how you are leading those you are leading,” said Matthew.
