Under the city’s bylaw, candidates had to submit their disclosure forms by Feb. 8. Mayoral candidates were allowed to spend up to $68,776 on their campaigns. Those running for council could spend up to $11,393. The bylaw only requires the disclosure of donors who contribute more than $500 for a mayoral campaign and those who give more than $200 to a council candidate. Mayoral candidates ....
