While we would hope that their bedrock what we do every day and how we think about what we do. So i always like to ask this question just to sort what what brought you or do you want to talk about four freedoms in relationship to the past enter today sorry and hope i dont take too much time explaining this because theres actually a bit of a story

This year, the 180th anniversary of the door rebellion, which is considered the most significant constitutional political event to occur in rhode Island History. During tonights lecture, dr. Chaput will explore the life of Thomas Wilson dorr and his attempt to overturn Rhode Islands existing government in the spring of 1842. He will focus heavily on the numerous newport connections to the story of dawes attempt at legal reform, including a lengthy trial, led to his imprisonment in 1844. A native Rhode Islanders erik chaput teaches at Providence College and at Western Reserve Academy. He holds a doctorate in American History from Maxwell School of citizenship and public at syracuse university. And he is the author of the people smarter. The honorable John Charles Thomas graduated from the university of virginia with an arts degree in American Government in 1972. He attended the university of Virginia School of law and received his law degree in 1975. Following school, palmers joined princeton and williams and smiled. Continue williams gain gibson. He was the first africanamerican at the firm. He is now a retired partner of the firm of hunt andrews. In 1983, he was appointed to the Supreme Court of virginia, becoming the first africanamerican and being 32, the youngest person of any race to serve. There. In 1995 of this time, as received his lifetime image award. In 2005, thomas was named a member of the court of arbitration for sport, which is based in lausanne, switzerland.
