The Harford County Board of Education has approved a contract award for the Benchmark Advance pilot program in reading for select elementary schools beginning this fall.
The Harford County Board of Education approved the pilot of the Benchmark Education Company and the program, Benchmark Advance for select elementary schools during the 2023-24 school year.
