White house confirms that the president will be here, to visit the affected region on tuesday, and by all estimates it will still be raining then. Houston is trying to stay afloat, amid nearly 500 billion gallons of water. Sinkholes opening up, tornadoes touching down, this lake was once a runway at houstons airport.
