county police officers responded to a robbery call at this dunkin donuts gas station. once officers got on the scene they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower extremity. reporter: that man died after being transported to shock trauma. police say the dead man may have been trying to rob the gas station. the suspect entered the business, implied that he had a weapon and announced a robbery. a hispanic individual walked into the store around 3:30 and he demanded money from the gas station clerk. reporter: detectives aren t sure if the suspect was armed. he never showed a weapon, but he put his hand in his pocket, showing like he had a weapon, like he had a gun. reporter: witnesses tell us that the robber walked out of the dunkin donuts here in laurel with his stolen cash and confronted out here by another store employee, this is where the shooting happened. the person walked out with the money and then told me that the owner follo ....
