LANCASTER – The City of Lancaster has denied allegations of negligence, in litigation from a Delaware woman who claimed such circumstances resulted in her falling on a broken curb and sidewalk located in front of a local civic organization’s headquarters more than two years ago.

Gregory Honaman Rutter, 70, of Lancaster, passed away on the evening of Friday, August 13th, 2021. Greg was born in Hartford, CT to George E. Rutter and the late Nancy
