The scene. Witnesses saw a red honda drive off north bound on winchester. A red car with extensive front end damage was found this morning about two blocks north of the crash site. The restaurant was closed overnight so no one saw the driver. I reported it and the police came in and said the car was involved in an accident in a hit and run. I didnt know then until they told me. He said somebody was killed with that car. That really shocked me. Reporter an officer told him a bottle of beer was found inside. The license plate apparently fell off and was also found inside the car. Miguel gonzalez says police have been cracking down on speeding along winchester boulevard. A police with a motorcycle has been stopping cars lately because they drive on this street 50, 60 miles per hour. Reporter however, enforcement did not prevent this accident.
