And there is a flash flood emergency. The city of beaumont, texas, is getting hammered this morning. The rain is coming down at 2 inches per hour. And rescuers worked through the night. The death toll has climbed to at least six while thousands of people are under new evacuation orders. And today President Trump heads to texas after promising billions of dollars in relief. The only place it wasnt hot, the coastline in the 60s. Changes are coming. The fog, going t expansive tomorrow morning to help cool us off. By midday tomorrow, only in the 70s and 80s.
