Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi met Pakistan's former army chief Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa before requesting India on sending its diplomats and technical personnel back to Kabul, revealed a book.
The book is written by Hassan Abbas, a professor of international affairs at the National Defence University (NDU), Washington.
Abbas claimed that the Pakistan Army wanted the Taliban administration in Afghanistan to receive international aid and financial support which prompted them to give the green signal to the Taliban to re-establish ties with India
