I spoke with a Police Officer late this evening and he described the chaotic scene that happened right inside here at this shopping center. Many people posted it on social media. Police say about 2 dozen people started fighting in the food court at about 6 30 tonight. About 30 officers responded to the scene, running up the escalators and trying to keep innocent shoppers safe. Police say some of the people involved tried to run from officers. And one video even showed a chair being thrown at officers. The violence spread to Different Levels of the shopping center. It did compicate matters, and thats why we had to try and stop the situation as soon as possible.
