Reporter he caught some of thuledged thieves on his surveillance camera and as you can can see the mail box in this neighborhood is still broken. I was told that we own the mail boxes and since we own them, we neighbors have to fix it. Reporter but then he was told he doesnt have the authority because it breaks Postal Service rules. A mail theft has been on the increase for about a past year in the whole region. Weve teamed up with some of our postal inspectors and come up with some great strategies.
