What we know is there was a huge Party Last Night that ended when gunshots rang out. A quiet halloween night erupted in gunfire in the neighborhood. High in the hills where a shooting at a house party left four people dead. And four others injured. It was a chaotic scene. There was a lot of noise and yelling and people running. This is a video posted on social media that shows the house crowded with people earlier in the evening. 24 yearold was one of those shot and injured. Shown here in a photograph with his baby daughter. Hours before the party. His father says hes being treated at the hospital. He got shot about three or four times. Reporter she reached out to her neighborhood communitys social network asking for help how to get a second job. I have done everything from dog sitting, housekeeping. Reporter city hall has heard more off its share are of stories like that one. The city maintains the only way to keep people like her in San Francisco is to build more Affordable Housing. The Mayors Office of housing and Community Development set a goal of 10,000 affordable units by 2020. As of last december, the city had completed 7,300 and 86 units and now it has confirmed that 2,827 units are in the pipeline expected to be completed by 2020.
