They say Mental Health Month falls in May, but for everyone struggling through this obstacle course called the pandemic, it can be any month of the year. In one way or another, all Canadians have been impacted either physically, mentally, emotionally – or all three.

The month of May is traditionally known as Mental Health Awareness Month and we’re pretty sure that, thanks to the never-ending pandemic, the vast majority of Canadians are now familiar with what’s going on inside their heads and hearts.
It’s a given we’ve all learned to toggle between the guilt and grief of those who have become victims of the virus to those who are suffering just as badly from the effects of being in lockdown. It’s a fine balancing act on a very sharp sword.
