Police are investigating an earlymorning homicide. Police responded to a call at oakland road and commercial street just after 2 a. M. A woman was found dead and streets are closed in the area. Police are investigating. No arrests yet. Police say they are interviewing persons of interest. The future of a south bay bar is in question because of problems that neighbors say that the bar is causing. Kpix 5s kiet do in san jose explains the bar battle. Reporter police captured 19yearold tj lane early friday morning just yards away from the lima ohio prison from which the selfconfessed murderer escaped. With the help of the Sheriffs Office and the troopers in the area, they were able to shut the perimeter down quickly. So thats why he wasnt able to get any farther than he did. Reporter thursday night lane and two others climbed over a fence at the Allen Oakwood institution during a break. By friday morning all three were captured. Lane was serving three life sentences for opening fire in early 2012 at Chardon High School east of cleveland. We have an active shooter at the high school. Reporter witnesses said lane walked into the cafeteria and started shooting hitting five students and killing three. Many recall a smug and smiling lane in court as Family Members of victims spoke.
