Early this morning on wild drive in discovery bay, a victim was shot after being asked to stop speeding in the neighborhood. Cornel has details. Cornel . The name of the victim hasnt been released but flowers have been left at the shooting scene for man killed blocks away from his home. Neighbors take flowers and food to the home of a grieving family.
