Burnham joined the team in early February and brings more than 25 years of culinary experience, from executive chef positions to hotel leadership roles at some of the country s best fine dining restaurants, to the resort. His dynamic perspective, passion for the Park City community and affinity for elevated global flavors made Burnham a natural fit for this position. In his new role, Burnham will lead all aspects of the food and beverage operation, including Waldorf Astoria Park City s in-house restaurant, Powder, in-room dining, catering and banquets, and the resort s poolside culinary programming.
