Police say he had just park his suv with his twoyearold daughter violet in the back se seat. When 16yearold Marvin Roberts and his 21yearold brother maurice approached grandzol and demanded his wallet and his vehicle. Security cameras lined that block one state of the art system produced highquality footage and sound of the incident. A transcript was played in court. In which Marvin Roberts the accused gunman says to grandzol, turn around and give me the ke keys. Grandzol responds, ive got my two year old in the car. Let me get my daughter out of the car.
