a maryland home burned so intensely overnight neighbors are still in shock. grateful for the four family members pulled to safety but in disbelief that six children could not be saved. it s hard to see something like this, so close. it s devastating, i hope that they are not in that house. and they are somewhere safe. her hopes were later dashed when officials confirm that six sibling lings were killed trapped inside when the roof collapsed. the collapse was horrendous. and the call for help came in just after midnight and when the crews arrived. the house fire in baltimore reached two alarms and one children had already sprung into action. she actually rescued her two siblings, brought them out with her. the 8-year-old did. the damage so severe it was too dangerous for firefighters to get inside. we did all we could, because we know the kids were in the house and now a go fund me page is set up for the family preparing to bury six children. that was eliza ....
it was a surprise that turned out to have deadly consequences. police say that the victim was on the phone with his friend at the time trying to surprise her but when she thought she thought instead an intruder and opened fire. that s awful. reporter: that s the reaction along jen see street in hamilton to the terrible turn of events. this woman pauline lloyd was on the friend with her friend kelvin watford of willingboro. watford told her he was near the george washington bridge in north jersey returning from a trip but was letting himself into the house to surprise her. she thought it was haw an intruder and shot him in the chest killing him. he s out of town and she thinks he s far away and somebody is coming in her house you can t blame her in a way then. just an awful tragedy. when you do something like that you re thinking it s a burglar and here it s a friend of yours. it s got to be devastating. for the person that was shot plus the person that did t ....
