KUALA LUMPUR (March 15): SkyWorld Development Sdn Bhd has launched Tower C (the final block) of The Valley Residences in Setiawangsa, in response to the good take-up rate of 90% of Towers A (48-storey) and B (43-storey) with a total of 820 units that were launched on Feb 16, 2020.
Priced from RM558,000, the 54-storey Tower C offers 489 units with built-ups of 1,018, 1,118 and 1,318 sq ft that come with large windows to maximise natural lighting and ventilation. Some of these units are under Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY programme.
Occupying a 4.66-acre (1.89ha) parcel in the larger 13.6-acre SkySierra development, The Valley Residences is its first phase that comprises three towers with a total of 1,309 residential units, while a second phase will consist of a serviced apartment, corporate office and lifestyle mall that will be launched at a later date.

According to group deputy CEO Lee Chee Seng, the project was conceptualised with the natural setting of the site in mind. Located in the valley of a mountain range, the residential towers will resemble three overlapping mountains with a valley in between, he says.
