SkyWorld to unveil Tower C of The Valley Residences in SkySierra this month

SkyWorld Development Sdn Bhd is set to launch Tower C of The Valley Residences at SkySierra in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur, this month. Occupying a 4.66-acre parcel in SkySierra — a 13.6-acre leasehold mixed-use development — The Valley Residences has a gross development value (GDV) of RM760 million and comprises Towers A, B and C — of 48, 43 and 54 storeys respectively — with 1,309 units in total. 
According to group deputy CEO Lee Chee Seng, the project was conceptualised with the natural setting of the site in mind. Located in the valley of a mountain range, the residential towers will resemble three overlapping mountains with a valley in between, he says.
