I have an update at the tunnel collapse in washington state. The incident is moving from the emergency phase to the recovery phase. After extensive testing we remain confident that there has been no radiological release. Personnel begin taking steps to stabilize and fill the hole over the partially collapsed tunnel last night. We expect efforts to be completed today. The site remains closed to nonessential personnel.
