George Rehkamp of Bethlehem has owned the dark green, two-door 1967 Eldorado since 1992.
Its most memorable element, though, just might be the flat floor in the passenger compartment. The eighth-generation Eldorado was released for the 1967 model year and offered front-wheel drive. The lack of a drivetrain to deliver power to the rear wheels eliminated the hump running through the middle of the passenger compartment.
Rehkamp’s Eldorado came out one year after Oldsmobile issued its front-wheel drive Toronado.
