You ve got new reporting on black lawmakers pushing congress to do more on police reform. of course, the george floyd anniversary of his death was this week. eugene, tell us more about that effort. yesterday was the one-year anniversary of the executive order the president signed to put into place police reforms, and the congressional black caucus is largely pleased with the progress that the justice department is maing in implementing those. there still needs to be more done, it s what the chair of the cbc is saying as well as the president. there s been a renewed push on congress to try to pass some type of legislation to make police reform happen on a much larger scale. is there any momentum there for that to happen, particularly in a bipartisan fashion? after floyd s death, you know, there were some republicans who said, yeah, police reform, this is needed, but that bill hasn t gone anywhere. is there a sense that this could be the moment for another push? not really. ....
