Started at 3 30 tuesday afternoon keeping 311 and 911 callers was a busy tone or message there was a lapse in between the time that we could get the 911 calls switched over to the other jurisdictions. Metro estimates between 30 and 50 minutes went by where calls could not be answered at all while they worked to route them to henderson and North Las Vegas.
