While those Hurricane Force winds have now left the North Carolina coast, the rain continues. It has been more than 24 hours of a steady downpour here, at least 20 inches have already fallen where i am and we could see another 20 inches. That is creating very dangerous situations on the roads for anyone trying to move around. We got a look with the police at the damage along the coast this morning. Some of the houses suffering significant damage, some roofs off and mobile homes were hit the hardest. The real question now is trying to get electricity back up for so many people.
