Of course euatomorrow has all of the rebustness built in, if an operator fails that test, for political pressure to put on them online with requirement of the stress test but it has not happened. But if someone failed they could be brought to the European Court of justice and litigated against. And i assume if youre brought to the court of justice, that mean yours reactor has to shut down.
