Let s he s still holding back, is that the right strategy? probably, because he actually did try to engage donald trump one of his earlier reboots, trying to go after somebody who s not conservative enough and it didn t get him anywhere. what s the point? and i agree with you, wholeheartedly, ryan, that this isn t a fired-up jeb bush because the point of the big speech yesterday was kind of a popeye speech, he is who he is and he s not going to be somebody he s not and you know if like you said, if you want somebody who is going to be able to just throw thing as way by tossing to a commercial break after the apprentice, that s not a president. so, this is what he s gaming, you know, gaming out that he just has to be who he his because look in the debate he tried to be fiery tried to go after marco rubio and it backfired. all politicians have to perform. absolutely. he s burdened with something most politicians would like, which is 100% name recognition, ....
Bush s second term. i think this is perceived not only by moscow, but publicly as saying let s let bygones be bygones. two sides to the story. we are a new team. the effect was that putin never spent and russia never spent time in the penalty box for influencing that way. that must be a factor in moscow s strategic gaming out. what can they do to stop us. what we heard from the white house are very targeted sanctions at this point. they haven t announced who they are. we assume russian officials and ukrainian pro russian officials involved in this. that s significant and an irritant. i don t think you heard anything yet and seen unity in terms of ....
it s been a week of major rulings at the supreme court, culminating with the most anticipated decision in more than a decade, health care reform. chief justice john roberts caught many observers off guard by siding with the four liberal justices to uphold president obama s signature accomplishment. cnn s kate balduan begins our coverage. kate, this was a ruling that went against conventional wisdom. i would absolutely say so, candy. it was a bombshell ruling with the chief justice, as the swing vote joining the court s more liberal justices in the majority narrowly upholding the main provisions of the president s health care law. the justification for that is what surprised many court watchers. the court justice writing for the majority that the mandate was unconstitutional, under the commerce clause, really rejecting the argument that the obama administration and congress stood behind the most. instead, the majority said the law was upheld under congress s power to t ....

Will win these lawsuits. president obama wants opposing mandates during the campaign. what they re saying is they will punish you in some way if you don t buy health care. now the mandate is what opponents of reform want to use to tear the whole thing down. you do hope that what you re doing will bring down the entire statute. the goal is to bring down the individual mandate. that s the goal. stepping into legal analysis role, i rather expect the whole statute will fall. now, tony, republicans in congress are also talking about repealing health care reform, but that will not be easy either. a lot of scrap health care would require, as you know, a signature from the president and the president is about to sign something very different right now. interesting to hear what robert gibbs said at that briefing, that they re already gaming out, and adding attorneys to the staff to take on the challengees. jim acosta. good to see you, sir. president obama about to put pen to paper a ....
