Osmeña Boulevard in Cebu City is set to reopen on February 19 after being closed for the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit Project. The road closure was due to the dismantling of a skywalk connecting Robinsons Mall and the Department of Health near Fuente Osmeña. Cebu City Councilor Jerry Guardo assures that the road will be passable for vehicles, with safety as a top priority. The remaining parts of the skywalk, including the stairs, will be demolished, and the dismantling process will also take place for the skywalk near Cebu Normal University.
