He gave me this look and took a step back saying he wasnt going to answer one way or anotherespecially not until he saw the video. Reporter so i showed him this video where the suspect walks by and clocks the homeless man in the head with what appears to be a pipe or metal rod. The man falls to the ground and the suspect picks up the weapon and continues walking down the street. I talked with arthur jones in jail today. First he acted as though he hadnt seen this video then he told me later that officers had shown it to him.
