Colin May, M.S., CFE, 3CE, INCI is the Assistant Director of Strategy and Training for the HUD OIG Office of Investigation where he is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and assessment of training to nearly 200 special agents, forensic auditors, investigative analysts, and professional staff across the country. In addition, he oversees and manages the performance review process, the after-action review/lessons learned process, and strategy development for the Office. A career investigator, he has worked at the U.S. Departments of Defense, Commerce, and Justice. He has received awards for his investigative work from the Director of National Intelligence, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, two Bronze Medals and the Gold Medal from the Secretary of Commerce. He has been on the faculty of the National Cryptologic University, DOJ’s National Advocacy Center, and Stevenson University.
