Four Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office deputies who saved the life of a 2-month-old infant allegedly choked by his father earned Life Saving Awards Tuesday from Sheriff Mike Fitzhugh.
Another deputy who removed a driver from a burning car also received the Medal of Valor Award from Sheriff Fitzhugh.
