(RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN) For the second time in only 16-days, another vehicle ran into the side of Love’s Truck Stop, directly off of I-24 in Rutherford County. The incident occurred at the Epps Mill Road location of Love’s.
No one suffered injuries after a vehicle crashed into Love’s Truck Stop on Saturday (09/24/22) on Epps Mill Road off Interstate 24. The van actually collided into the same spot where another driver struck the same building on September 8th.

Four Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office deputies who saved the life of a 2-month-old infant allegedly choked by his father earned Life Saving Awards Tuesday from Sheriff Mike Fitzhugh.
Another deputy who removed a driver from a burning car also received the Medal of Valor Award from Sheriff Fitzhugh.
(MURFREESBORO) Around 10:00 o'clock Saturday morning (1/30/2021), a Cessna 162 was flying between Murfreesboro and Shelbyville when they had engine trouble. It made an emergency landing in a field alongside Rucker Road.
Rutherford County Sheriff's Sgt. Bryant Gregory reported, "The Murfreesboro pilot and a passenger were flying when the plane apparently stalled and could not be restarted. At that point the local pilot called 'Mayday' and made an emergency landing."
