He said the UAE had shown huge energy in dealing with coronavirus and this would also be applied to protecting the nation s resources.
Speaking to mark the 24th National Environment Day, Sheikh Khalifa said this was a duty shared by all and he pledged the UAE would continue on the path laid out by Founding Father Sheikh Zayed. We have developed the water sector to protect the country’s underground water reserves and the agricultural sector by encouraging farmers to develop and adopt modern approaches that are relevant to and match the country s climatic conditions, the President said.
