China is eating the tariffs because of monetary manipulation and also, theyre pouring a lot of money in their country because they dont want to lose jobs. Theyre losing, as you probably know because they reported it but lost over two million jobs in a short period of time and want to make a deal and well see what happens but they definitely want to make a deal.
