It looks like it was a vehicle to vehicle incident. Reporter the chp is investigating whether or not road rage triggered three shootings within the last 24 hours. Chp says right around 10 pm on tuesday night a second driver reported being tailgated, heard a thud and continued home. And discovered a bullet hole in the back of his car.
