that massacre in modesto, what we re learning about the relationship between the suspects and some of the victims he s accused of of killing. kpix5 s christian hartnett is in san jose near where the suspect was caught. reporter: it was around 10 p.m. when modesto police maimed martin martinez as a person of interest. just a few hours after that martinez was arrested and is now facing murder charges. 30-year-old martinez is behind bars suspected of killing five people in modesto including his even daughter and the mother of the child. dace trait relatives distraught relatives were escorted away from the modesto home. it s really scary. reporter: police received a call saturday afternoon from a concerned person asking for a welfare check on the home. when police showed up, the five bodies were discovered. late saturday night police named martinez as a person interest of and released a picture of his 2000 interest and released a picture of his 2000 red lincoln naviga
