For this new series, we are speaking to former students of the
Basque Culinary Center – a gastronomic university – in San Sebastian, Spain, who are now pursuing careers in food outside of the restaurant kitchen. We aim to show that there are many opportunities for chefs beyond the four walls of the kitchen, despite the challenges of the global pandemic.
