Reporter police say they were called to the area saturday night, but officers didnt see the graffiti until the School District called monday. We saw officers in the neighborhood today. Investigators say there are few leads right now. This is very, very disturbing not only for the Police Department here but for this community in general. What was written on the doors here is not what represents the city of san leandro. Reporter the School District issued a statement saying it takes hateful messages very seriously. Police say theyre unaware of any racial tensions in town. We need to get to the bottom of this to ensure safety of everybody in the community. Police have not revealed a motive for the fouv message.
