A new Intelligence Report out of texas warns of a new trend in crime, partial guns being purchased legally and assembled to produce weapons without serial number, now all Law Enforcement agencies are on notice. They are called receiver, the unfinished part of a semi automatic rifle. They are being bought from manufacturers and completing the rifles on their own. Serial numbers are not required because the atf does not consider the unfinished pieces firearms, but they are being used in more and more crimes.
