The boy agreed to meet the sex offender outside of his house earlier this month. He climbed into his car and drove back to here and engaged with sex with him here in his apartment. Then the suspect drove him back to frederick and dropped him off. But his grandmother had locked the front door. And when she let him in, the whole story tumbled out. Firefighters went to the offensive fire tack and the rescue. The rescues included pulling two people to safety by ladder from balconies.
