He allegedly met his latest victim on a dating app and website called planet romeo. The 12yearold frederick boy allegedly exchanged sex messages and nude photos with the 63yearold reyes. The boy agreed to meet the sex offender outside of his house earlier this month. He climbed into his car and drove back to here and engaged with sex with him here in his apartment. Then the suspect drove him back to frederick and dropped him off. But his grandmother had locked the front door. And when she let him in, the whole story tumbled out. Because the boy is just years old, he legally cannot consent to sex. We do ask parents, be involved. Get into the electronic communications.
