They want firstdegree murder charges. The former Minneapolis Police officer seen on video kneeling on George Floyds neck taken into custody accused of murder. He is being charged with third degree murder in the death of a black man. We have never charged a case in that kind of timeframe. We could only charge a case when we have sufficient evidence to prove the case without a reasonable doubt. Floyd was nonresponsive for nearly 3 minutes before floyd was down. Provide the order.
