Lookout was found in 2009 but we published our first book in 2011. Its called binocular vision. We published a title each year. So envious since then weve been putting out story selections, debut novels, essay collections, poetry collections. This will be our second anthology thats coming out in 2018. And though the mission is that small is to represent authors, debut authors and those overlooked. So the students are part of our staff, and every week get together to help to contribute to one of those pieces of the publishing process.
